PoolIQ ("we," "us") runs group sports pools — survivor, pick'em, ATS, confidence, and squares. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address, used only to sign you in via a magic link. We don't set a password.
• Pool data: the display name you choose per pool, the picks you submit, and which pools you're a member of.
• Payment-owed tracking: if a commissioner tracks who owes what for a pool, that data (amount, paid status) is visible to that pool's commissioner. PoolIQ never processes the actual payment — transfers happen directly between members via Venmo, PayPal, or however your group prefers.
• Season pass purchases: handled by Stripe (web) or Apple/Google (in-app purchase). We receive confirmation that you're subscribed, not your card details.

What we don't do

• No ad tracking, no ad networks, no selling data to third parties.
• No access to your contacts, location, or camera.
• We never touch or hold your pool's money.

Who we share it with

Your data is stored with Supabase (database) and served via Cloudflare (hosting). Game schedules and spreads come from a sports-data provider, which never receives any of your personal information. None of these providers use your data for anything other than running PoolIQ.

Other pool members can see

Your display name and, once a game has started, your pick for that game. Members can't see your email address or other pools you belong to.

Your choices

You can leave a pool at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the address below and we'll remove your data.
